The objective of the JOSSI project is to foster solar steam generation for industry in Jordan and beyond by lowering system costs and enhancing system efficiency. ISG, DLR and HZDR are funded (ISG only partially) by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (hereinafter referred to as “BMBF”), for which a separate agreement exists in accordance with the notice of approval by BMBF. The total project term is 36 months. The purpose of this Joint Project Agreement is to stipulate the terms and conditions of collaboration in the Joint Project, especially as regards the contributions to the costs of the Joint Project, the sharing of risks and results, the distribution of the results, the use of intellectual property rights.
